GUILT POEM

GUILT   At some point in life we all have guilt, Harming another raises it’s built. They want to let go of the burden, Don’t feel free to walk in their garden.   Remembering it they feel really low, Feeling awkward that others will know. Going through feelings of anxiety and shame, Frustrated but there’s no one to blame.   The degree of guilt differs, Some are late to get triggers. Guilt for misdeeds sound normal, Apologizing for the offense is moral. Scared of the guilt from within, Which feels deep in their skin. Some haven’t understood it till date, Corruption hasn’t eliminated, it’s too late.   Emotions build up over time, Other consider it as a crime. Reflecting on the reason for guilt feeling, Being mindful will do the healing.                               By: Vidnya Navelkar
