                            STRESS


                                                   Life feels like it’s gone out of control,

Tasks keep pilling which they can’t enroll.

There’s no time to keep things organized,

Which makes the mess easily recognized.

 

Procrastination makes them neglect responsibilities,

Getting them engaged in knowing capabilities,

Later they search for possibilities,

Makes them hunt the probabilities.

 

When the stress level reaches the peak,

It makes their body physically weak.

Our body always responds to threat,

As a result it makes them sweat.

 

Worrying and having irrational thoughts,


Makes them feel they are all caught.

Stressing out frequently is not a good sign,

As it result in health problems over time.

 

Withdrawing from others may sound rude,

Exercise and meditation will lift their mood.

One should be aware of warning signs,

Following a protocol will help you assign.

 

Acceptance will indeed change the climax,

Later their mind will get relaxed.
