ANGER POEM
ANGER
We have all felt it.
There is nothing to
admit.
It’s completely normal,
Necessary for survival.
When it gets out of
control,
Things gets messed up as
a whole.
With you getting tense,
Anger becomes intense.
The cause being
specific,
Traumatic events make it
horrific.
Being assertive is the
best way to express,
Which may redirect, if
you suppress.
Some express their anger
too soon,
While for others silence
is a boon.
Excessive anger can
cause health problems,
Leading to mental and
physical symptoms.
Anger management is always
possible,
Learning to control your
reactions makes you flexible.
Deep breathing makes you
calm,
Controlling it will help
you overcome.
